"I have utilized Charlie Anderson State Farm since moving to Texas 22 years ago! The Staff is absolutely phenomenal! They are ALWAYS pleasant, kind & very helpful! I have been 9 accidents since moving here (only 1 was my fault) . I have been hit head on & totaled, I have been hit from behind & even had my car totaled in a parking lot when a truck ran up & over my car, got stuck on top of the hood, putting it in drive & with my car attached-he pulled the car (& me) back as he drove over the top. Listen? Charlie Anderson takes excellent care of me every time! The women in the office are really knowledgeable (& if they don’t know-they will find out)! Recently I bought a new car. Why at the dealership I was texting back & forth with the women in the office—& I told them I was between 2 cars. They suggested one over the other explained why. I was leaning towards the one they suggested even though it was more-but -then when I heard their reasoning-I definitely went with the car they suggested! I haven’t looked back since (I love my new SUV)! Before I left the dealership that day? They had submitted my insurance information on the new car! I left with a New SUV & my new insurance card before I had a chance to drive it! I don’t know what I would do without them! All of them are professional. They handle my life insurance, my rental insurance & the 2 SUV’s! People say I can get cheaper insurance —but Charlie Anderson has seen me through Nine Car Accidents, New Vehicles (& used). They have suggested ways to save money (& you would be crazy if you didn’t listen to them), they have offered help when I might be panicking & dealing with injuries from the car accidents. Yet they remain calm, professional & help you through everything. Could I get cheaper insurance? Probably. Could I get the SAME coverage I have for less price? I doubt it! Could I have the opportunity to deal with all the women in the office that have been there as long as I have had State Farm insurance? No! The stability in that office & the knowledge is incredible! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!"

"Charlie Anderson and his office are terrific; they are responsive and helpful. Our longtime State Farm agent retired in 2020, so we were assigned another State Farm Agent in Austin. This agent did not fulfil our needs (our needs are rather simple; we like for our agent/office to return our phone calls and emails). We tried another State Farm agent in Lago Vista; same results as the assigned agent. We had a decision to make, leave State Farm or give them another try. We moved our accounts to Charlie Anderson and could not be happier with the results. Mr. Anderson's office is responsive and do what they say they will.
